The swim advisories issued for the water at one area of Holly Beach in Cameron Parish and one area of Grand Isle State Park Beach in Jefferson Parish have been lifted. Swim advisories that remain in effect are for Cypremort Point Beach in St. Mary Parish; one area of Grand Isle State Park Beach in Jefferson Parish; and Constance and Gulf Breeze beaches as well as one area of Holly Beach in Cameron Parish.

Two hundred and seventy-seven of those cases involved workers on oil rigs or workers involved in the oil spill clean-up efforts, while 84 were reported by the general public.
