Oral Cancer Awareness Month

Infographic stating use of vapes is three times higher than cigarettes.

Vapes aren't harmless.  90% of vapes contain nicotine, which is highly addictive and dangerous to your health.  The longer you use nicotine, the harder it is to quit.

Quit with Us, Louisiana offers free support focused on helping teens.  Smokefree Teen's textline helps you quit tobacco products.

They'll provide education, tools, and guidance to help you quit for good.
