Summer Reading Program Kick- Off ! Lake Charles

A LaCHIP informational booth will be set up at the Prien Lake Park in the Calcasieu Room on May 29, 2009, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will be held at the Prien Lake Park located at 3700 W. Prien Lake Road in Lake Charles, La. Representatives from the Lake Charles Region 5 Medicaid office will be on hand to distribute information about LaCHIP and all Medicaid programs. Please come meet Daisy the Pig, participate in lots of teen activities, crafts and more!  Please stop by if you have any questions, wish to apply, or need to update your information.
