Mayor-President Melvin Kip Holden and the Dr. Leo S. Butler Community Center presents its Back to School Children's Health Fair on July 31. The Health Fair will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is located on 950 East Washington Street in Baton Rouge. LaCHIP will be available to answer questions about Medicaid programs ans assist participants in completing applciations.
