Alexandria: Sam's Club Pharmacy

Medicaid representatives will be on hand from 5 p.m. til 8 p.m. at Sam's Club Pharamcy with information on all Medicaid programs, including LaCHIP, LaMOMS, and the Medicare Savings Program.  Attendees will be able to complete applications on-site and update their contact information, as well as have their health insurance questions answered.  Promotional Items will be available for giveaways.  Also visit www.lachip.org for more information on all Medicaid programs.
