The City of Vivian, Louisiana will host their 46th Annual Redbud Festival on Saturday, March 20, 2010 beginning at 9 a.m. There will be lots of family fun involved in the festival. The Shreveport Region 7 LaCHIP outreach team will be on hand to distribute information, assist with applying for and updating insurance information.
