In recognition of National Public Health Week, there will be a LaCHIP Onsite Unit at the Slidell Health Unit from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Information about LaCHIP, FOA (Family Opportunity Act), LaMOMs, Take Charge(Family Planning) and other programs will be available, as well as, onsite Medicaid application capability.
