The 2000 Health Foundation is having a Health Care Seminar, Dr. Anthony Adeosun will speak on Diabetes Burnout.
LaCHIP Representatives will be there with and information table and will speak on all the Medicaid Program. We will also assist anyone who wants to apply for Medicaid, renew benefits, or get their Medicaid questions answered.
