Baton Rouge, Louisiana – May 8, 2026 - The proposed Rule amends the provisions governing healthcare facility sanctions to clarify the type of signage to be displayed at healthcare facilities, and to ensure that the language of these Rules more accurately reflects that of the enabling statutes.
Notice of Intent (proposed changes): Healthcare Facility Sanctions_26.05. It is anticipated that the Notice of Intent will be published in the May 20, 2026 edition of the Louisiana Register.
