The Children’s Coalition serving Terrebonne, Lafourche, and Assumption Parishes and representing 83 agencies and organizations, has implemented the research based program, All Stars to 12 year old students at the Boys and Girls Club in Houma, the Circle of Hope in Thibodaux and the Dulac Community Center.   All Stars is designed to delay and prevent high risk behaviors in middle school age adolescents (11 to 14 years old), including substance use, violence, and premature sexual activity, by fostering development of positive personal characteristics.
