Continues the provisions of the March 20, 2015 Rule which amended the provisions of the February 9, 2014 Emergency Rule which adopted provisions to provide Medicaid-only benefits to eligible individuals who meet the income and resource requirements for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) cash assistance.
