The Louisiana Department of Health (DHH), Office of Public Health (OPH), Bureau of Family Health (BFH) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified proposers to conduct statewide social marketing and multimedia outreach services to promote the health of Louisiana's women of childbearing age in order to ultimately impact maternal and infant mortality and morbidity.

All proposals must be received at the below physical address by 4:00 PM CT on Thursday, June 25, 2015.  Proposals received after the deadline will not be eligible for consideration.

This announcement does not commit the LDH OPH to award a contract or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of proposals. LDH OPH reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, all proposals submitted and/or cancel this announcement. Any contract awarded is based upon the proposal most advantageous to LDH OPH with costs and other factors considered. All contracts are subject to the availability of funds.
