November 28, 2016 RFP: Health Insurance Program for People Living with HIV
Baton Rouge, Louisiana, - The Office of Public Health STD/HIV Program is seeking competitive proposals from qualified proposers to act as a program administrator and fiduciary agent for the statewide Health Insurance Program (HIP) for persons living with HIV. The goal of HIP is to provide assistance to low income individuals living with HIV with the payment of their health insurance premiums and eligible cost shares, including co-payments, co-insurances and deductible requirements. This program assists individuals by maintaining access to healthcare through their current providers while allowing the flexibility to access more options in healthcare services.
LDH reserves the right to revise this schedule. Revisions, if any, before the Proposal Submission Deadline will be formalized by the issuance of an addendum to the RFP. Revisions after the Proposal Submission Deadline, if any, will be by written notification to the eligible proposers.
