April 11, 2019 RFP: Consulting Services to Support the Implementation of the Louisiana Emergency Response Network (LERN) Strategic Plan

Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Apr 11, 2019 - The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified Proposers
who are interested in providing consultative services for the following:

• Strategic Planning
• Organizational Development
• Systems Development
• Communication Plan/Website Maintenance
• Statutory/Policy/Regulation Changes
• Report Development
• National Best Practice Research Grant Acquisition/Writing
• Data Analysis

A contract is necessary to provide the LERN Board and staff with the expertise required to support
planning and implementation progress of LERN’S Strategic Plan and for staffing augmentation.
