April 29, 2020 RFP: Health Insurance Program for People Living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)

- The Louisiana Department of Health, Office of Public Health, STD/HIV/Hepatitis Program is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified proposers to provide administrative and fiduciary services for the statewide Health Insurance Program (HIP) for persons living with a Human Immunodeficiency Virus in Louisiana. The goal of HIP is to provide low-income People Living With HIV (PLWH) with assistance paying their health insurance premiums and eligible cost-shares, including co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles. This program assists individuals by maintaining access to healthcare through their current providers while allowing for flexibility in accessing more options in healthcare services through wide provider networks.
