October 20, 2020 Programs and Services Amendments Due to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Public Health Emergency
Amends the provisions of the Emergency Rule adopted on April 8, 2020 and Title 50 of the Louisiana Administrative Code throughout the duration of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency declaration in order to require an attestation for adult day center providers to receive retainer payments.
