Baton Rouge, Louisiana, - Amends the provisions governing reimbursement in the Medical Transportation Program in order to align the reimbursement rates established for emergency ambulance services and providers with current practice for Medicaid managed care and fee-for-service, in compliance with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requirements.
