Baton Rouge, Louisiana, - Amends LAC 50:XV.Subpart 9 and XXI.Subparts 3 and 7 in order to temporarily extend long term-personal care services and flexibilities for certain home and community-based services waivers after the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency beyond the May 11, 2023 end of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency, as permitted by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
