Proposes to amend the provisions governing the licensing of behavioral health service (BHS) providers in order to add the definition of Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Program, and to remove the age restriction for use of mobile crisis response services. The department also proposes to adopt licensing requirements governing BHS providers of Mental Health Partial Hospitalization programs.
