The app updates daily to ensure members have the latest health coverage information at their fingertips. Members need a valid driver’s license to access their information in LA Wallet. A date of birth and social security number are required to look up the member’s information and access the ID card. Members can access the health cards of all family members listed in their household. The app allows users to view both the front and back of their ID cards.
