September 09, 2025 Public Forum - SUD 1115 Demonstration Waiver

Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Sep 09, 2025 - Pursuant to 42 CFR 431.420(c), the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) will hold a public forum to allow the public an opportunity to provide comments and feedback on the progress of the Healthy Louisiana Substance Use Disorder 1115 Demonstration Waiver, which covers services for beneficiaries residing in Institutions for Mental Diseases (IMDs) for stays longer than 15 days. The forum will be held virtually only on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the following Zoom meeting link:
