August 26, 2025 Request for Information (RFI) Released: Office of Public Health Seeks New Certified Electronic Health Record (EHR) Solution
Baton Rouge, Louisiana, - The Louisiana Department of Health, Office of Public Health, is seeking information on a new Certified Electronic Health Record Technology (CEHRT) solution. The ideal solution will be a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform with integrated Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to support full clinical and financial operations.
The solution should improve billing accuracy, maximize reimbursement, and streamline revenue operations while enhancing clinical efficiency. Through this RFI, the State plans to identify a single vendor capable of delivering technology and services that will guide a potential procurement process focused on efficiency, compliance, and better patient outcomes.
The RFI bid number is 305PUR-326-EHR-RFI and is posted on the Office of State Procurement LaPAC site at LaPAC Bid Number 305PUR-326-EHR-RFI (louisiana.gov).
Electronic submissions are required in response to this RFI. Responses must be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format using the response template provided in the RFI posting and sent to the RFI Coordinator at [email protected].
Interested vendors should be prepared to participate in an on-site presentation during the timeframe noted above.
