September 15, 2025 LDH - OAAS releases Request for Information for PACE Expansion in the Shreveport, Louisiana area.Responses are due back by October 31, 2025, 4:30 PM CST.

The Louisiana Department of Health is pleased to announce that a Request for Information (RFI) regarding the development of a PACE Center in the Shreveport, Louisiana area.  The RFI seeks input from providers, community organizations and other stakeholders to help LDH:

• Understand the operational considerations for expanding PACE to the Shreveport area;
• Recognize opportunities and barriers to expanding PACE to the Shreveport area;
• Determine the availability of provider networks in the Shreveport area; and
• Understand the needs of community members that can benefit from PACE.

LDH values the expertise and feedback of our stakeholders as we continue our work to expand PACE services in Louisiana.
