Swimming advisories have been issued for the beach water at Cypremort Point Beach in St. Mary Parish; two areas of Grand Isle State Park Beach in Jefferson Parish; and Constance and Gulf Breeze beaches as well as two areas of Holly Beach in Cameron Parish.

The advisory was issued because high levels of potentially unsafe bacteria were found in the water. However, water samples tested during the past seven days show the water is now acceptable for swimming.
