Amends the provisions governing recovery for claims involving third party liability in order to ensure that the current pay and chase methodology is reflected in the Louisiana Administrative Code, in compliance with the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018.

The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) is reminding the public to take precautions against mosquito bites that can expose people to West Nile virus (WNV). During 2022, Louisiana experienced 41 West Nile neuroinvasive disease (NID) cases and seven deaths.
