Reminder that annual cost reports (center and central office, if applicable) must be submitted by November 30, 2025. These reports cover the period of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. Attached are the ADHC payment system rate calculations. The Direct Care Component amount for dates of service 7/1/2024 to 6/30/2025 was $2.08 per quarter hour increment. This amount will be needed to prepare the Direct Care cost settlement.

The Louisiana Register is a monthly publication which provides access to the certified regulations and legal notices issued by the executive branch of the state government. State statutes direct agencies to engage in the rulemaking process in order to implement new state and federal laws. Such rulemaking actions are published in the Louisiana Register in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. This procedure allows for public input as well as legislative involvement. Proposed and final rules published in the Louisiana Register are codified for Louisiana Administrative Code compilation and research capabilities.
