To obtain DWRLF Funding, the project must be included on our Priority List via an application submitted from potential applicants. The DWRLF Application Package (Web FormPDFExcel) must be signed and submitted electronically using one of the forms provided, along with a Letter of Intent, and Resolution. Please see the following links for  instructions, sample letters of intent, and resolutions necessary to complete the application.  

A Louisiana Water/Wastewater Joint Funding Committee (LWWJFC) "Intent to File Application for Funding" must be submitted as part of our application process. The Intent to FIle Application must be submitted to the LWWJFC by any eligible applicant interested in financial assistance through various State and Federal programs for water and/or wastewater projects.  For more information please review the following links, LWWJFC Intent to File Application InstructionLWWJFC Intent to File Application.

The Business Plan packet was developed to aid in making evaluations of your financial and managerial capacity as required by the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). The Business Plan should be submitted in conjunction with the System Improvement Plan,  which allows for an efficient review of both the Technical, Managerial and Financial capacity of the system.
