In accordance with Louisiana Revised Statute 40:1046 (R.S. 40:1046) and Act 150 of the 2024 Legislative Session (Act 150), the Louisiana Department of Health, Office of Public Health, Bureau of Sanitarian Services, Cannabis Program is pleased to submit this report detailing the operations and outcomes of the state’s medical marijuana program. It provides comprehensive data collected from the two state-approved licensees authorized to produce therapeutic marijuana in Louisiana: Advanced Biomedics LLC (d/b/a Ilera Holistic Healthcare) and Good Day Farms.
