Office of Behavioral Health – Analytics Library

Welcome to the Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) Analytics Library. The purpose of this library is to provide a repository for the most up-to-date documentation surrounding reporting requirements between OBH, the ten Local Governing Entities (LGEs) across the state of Louisiana, and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). These include Block Grant, Accountability Plan (specific to analytics), and Client-Level Data. This library serves as a repository for official documents, and no information will be released to this library without prior notification to LGEs.
